Returns or refund

Dental Instruments

Because your Renix International products are one-of-a-kind items created especially for you, we do not accept returns for:
1. Products produced as ordered.
2. Free or promotional items.
3. Bulk orders.

We will accept limited returns for:
1. Items with manufacturer damage or defects
2. Items damaged in shipment

Please contact our Customer Service team by email info@renixstore.com through our contact form within 15 days of receiving your order so we may assist you. We may ask for photo verification sent by email for Quality Assurance improvements.

Changes:

Changes to orders must be made by 11:59 pm the same day an order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday can be changed or cancelled up until 9:00 am the following business day by by email: info@renixstore.com - Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
