To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.
Return and Exchange Process
To start a return or exchange, please contact us at renixinternational@gmail.com within 3 to 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us within 3 to 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item in acceptable condition. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at renixinternational@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the product at no additional cost or provide a full refund if replacement is not possible.
